Hurricane Florence Update!

We hope this message finds you safe and well. We were blessed to have not received any major damage during Hurricane Florence. Currently flooded, impassable roads are the largest issue for Southern Brunswick County. Tropical winds along with record breaking rainfall brought significant tree damage to the mainland. It appears that for the most part the homes on the Brunswick beaches and in the communities of SeaScape, Ocean Ridge and Seawatch have escaped structural damage, while some have lost a few shingles or pieces of siding or trim. Power has been restored to many areas.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those around SE North Carolina who received and are still dealing with the effects of this strong storm. We’d also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of the first responders, linemen & community volunteers that have been working diligently for days to assist so many in our area.

The Mark Saunders lawsuit has already been amicably settled.
